Our current process time is 1-4 business days.

All orders are shipped through Australia Post. Timeframes provided are only estimates. Usually 1 - 14 business days depending on location and postage purchased.

Please check your items when they arrive. If an item is damaged in the mail or we have incorrectly packed your order/missing and item, please email us as soon as possible so we can rectify this.

Our products are NOT suitable for the dishwasher. Only handwash in lukewarm soapy water with a softer bottle brush. Do not soak or expose the products to hot water above 40°C as this can melt/warp the cutters and stamps. Store in a cool, dry place. Raised stamps need to be washed and thoroughly dried before use.
